IMPORTANT UPDATE! PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK!
Unfortunately we are still in the Covid 19 crisis and we are about protecting all of our mom's, dad's and babies. Nursing Nook is open to the public, we ask that you please wear a mask and wash hands or use hand sanitizer once you enter the store.
Thank you for your patience during this time.
All breast pump and supply orders can be taken over the phone and we will have them ready for pickup or delivery. We ship breast pumps anywhere in the United States, give us a call and we can talk about your breast pump needs. Lactation consultations by appointment only (please schedule an appointment on our website)
Breast pumps are 100% covered with most insurance providers and we are happy to help!
How to Get Your Pump Through Insurance:
We are in network with most insurance providers. Fill out the Nursing Nook Breast Pump Request Form and we will verify your benefits and contact you.
You can also give us a call at 406-721-5440 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an order form. The order form has all the information regarding which pumps are covered under your insurance.
All you have to do is complete the form and sign, once completed we will verify if your insurance plan is ACA compliant, ship your pump and submit the claim.
*IMPORTANT! Some insurance providers are grandfathered plans or may have their own pump supplier. We can not submit claims for HMO plans, Medicaid and Federal BCBS plans. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card.
Each insurance reimbursement is different, we carry basic breast pump models to ensure there is always at least one option fully covered. If mom would like a model not fully covered by insurance, she may upgrade to a premium model and pay the difference for what insurance will not cover.
